The Buddy Foundry
A clear view of your privacy.
Here’s how this website handles the information you choose to share, and where to find privacy details for each app.
The Buddy Foundry is a brand of Blue Light Media LLC. This information describes The Buddy Foundry website. Each app has its own policy.
When you send a message
Our contact and tester-interest forms collect your email address, optional name, selected topic, message, and a record of your consent and submission time. These details are stored in a private WordPress inbox for the site administrator. We use contact messages to respond to your request, and tester-interest submissions to contact you about testing the app you selected.
Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter, create an app account, or automatically enroll you in a test. The forms do not send your information to an email-marketing service. Please do not include passwords or payment details.
Website operation
The current site does not load advertising, analytics, remote fonts, or social-media embeds. WordPress uses cookies when administrators sign in. The hosting server may keep technical access and error logs, including IP addresses, as part of operating the site.
To limit repeated form submissions, the site stores a temporary keyed hash of a visitor’s IP address for up to an hour after their latest accepted submission. The inbox does not store the raw IP address.
Your messages and choices
Messages remain in the private inbox until the administrator removes them. You can ask to withdraw testing interest, receive a copy of your submitted information, or delete a message by using the contact form and selecting “Privacy or data request.” We may need to verify that the request comes from the email address associated with that information. Site backups may retain earlier copies according to the hosting backup schedule.

Links to other websites
Product links may take you to My Brewing Buddy or, when available, an app store. Those destinations describe their own privacy practices. Information you enter on another website is handled there.
